What I like about this photo is the richness of color and contrast set against the composition of the in-focus flowers lower right and bokeh street. Light flare that might be undesirable in another photo is perfect here, by reaching across the way to the bouquet.
Alex Berger shot self-titled “The Streets of Stockholm” on June 19, 2012, using the Canon EOS REBEL T3i and EF-S18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens. Vitals: f/6.3, ISO 400, 4 sec, 25mm. I assume he used a tripod or otherwise propped the camera for the long exposure that kept the ISO low and noise with it.
