The tree rises above a utility pole and wires, which are cropped out for aesthetics. Location: Where Golden Gate Drive and Massachusetts meet in San Diego’s University Heights neighborhood.
Why, or even how, someone dangled the hearts is a mystery to me. They are placed high and are not easily reached.
