The Gathering

Who knew that Mango, one of the “Cats of University Heights“, was so popular? He speaks—eh, meows—to a captive audience on International Cat Day. His new political party, the Gingers—not to be confused with the Green Party—promises free Kibble for all.

The Featured Image is obviously fake, something slapped together using Galaxy AI on the S26 Ultra to celebrate the real feline holiday. The concoction began with a photo taken by me. I instructed the AI tool to place the cat on the green of the Washington Mall. Secondly, to put a podium in front of him. Finally, to add 1,000 cats.

The AI Scoundrel

I praised the artist’s skills of Rick’s male owner to his partner. But, as she confessed, he uses artificial intelligence tools to create the stickers, which are quite popular around the neighborhood. So is the black cat, who is a glutton for attention and knows how to easily get it.

Rick joined my “Cats of University Heights” series in August 2021, when he lived in an alley house with (presumed) litter mate Pixie (nickname). She’s still there; Rick moved on to Alabama Street, where he chose new owners and has lived lavishly since.

The Secret Diary of Steve Jobs is one acerbic—and hugely popular—Weblog. Also known as Fake Steve Jobs, the author has had quite a following over that last 14 months. There has been a concerted effort to reveal Fake Steve Jobs’ identity. No longer.

In New York Times story, “A Mystery Solved: ‘Fake Steve’ Blogger Comes Clean“, reporter Brad Stone reveals the identity as Daniel Lyons, a senior editor at Forbes. Today, Fake Steves acknowledged, “Damn, I am so busted, yo“.
