Last week, I heard Stephen Stills song (circa 1970), “Love the One You’re With,” while shopping at a supermarket. Some advice to heavy texters: Be with the ones you’re with. If you’re with a bunch of people, stop texting and hang with your friends. I’m not talking texting to your friends that are there, but texting to someone somewhere else who is taking you away from being right there, right now with your friends. Is it so much to ask that you be present?
