What a fantastic headline: (in story context): For Retailers Today Really is the Shittiest Day of the Year. Some journalists squawk at Gawker sites for cheesy, sleazy headlines and content. I see Gawker as a successful model for new media companies. There is lots of original content, and the aggregated stuff tends to have more compelling headlines and is better written than the originals. I often click and am educated, which matters, too.
