The other day, I saw a bike in the bicycle rack at the local Henry’s market. On the way out of the store, I looked closer and found that there was no lock. The owner had placed the bike in the rack and trusted that no one would steal it. I could only laugh, seeing as how days earlier, thieves entered our locked garage and stole two Kryptonite-cabled bicycles.
With that introduction, the above Neistat Brothers video, “Bike Thief,” looks at what happens when one of them tries to steal his own bicycle on a New York City street. Seriously, the Neistat boys should market their cloak of invisibility.
