Apple CEO Steve Jobs didn’t come out with a Windows version of iTunes as I had hoped. But that’s something the company can add later on, after people really interested in music buy Macs and iPods.
Apple reigned me back in. I’m switching back to the Mac to take full advantage of this new music service launched today. I like the idea of paying for the songs. (C`mon, tell me you don’t feel a little dirty doing file trading sites. That’s not saying I’m doing anything as illegal as that.) A buck a song is a good price. Everything about the new service is smart, and my earlier argument about Apple scaring the you know what out of AOL Time Warner and Microsoft still holds true.
