The overnight snow was a bust, just 10 cm as measured on my porch. So, I’ll remember another snow day, in March 1999, when my wife and daughter made a snow heart for me in the backyard. The shot was taken from the back porch with whatever digital camera I had at the time, I believe a 1.6 megapixel Kodak model. Quality is marginal, especially compared to the Canon S20 that replaced it just a few months later.
Here’s to more snow. As a Maine boy, I simply can’t get enough, and in Washington, there rarely is any.
