I have been swamped with a work project, which has kept me from from blogging and enjoying the beautiful Washington spring weather.
But, at least, I want to express my support for the this week’s rallies opposing the proposed changes to US immigration law. C`mon, US government, let’s help our Southern neighbor and solve the border problem by making the standard of living about the same (or better in Mexico). Didn’t anyone learn the lesson about borders and who’s fleeing from what to where from movie, “Day After Tomorrow?” (For those who haven’t seen the movie, after the Northern Hemisphere freezes over, Americans flee to Mexico, where they are let into the country.)
