Quite unintentionally, this site has become kind of a feline feast recently, as I keep finding little beasties to add to my Cats of University Heights series. Time is long passed to reintroduce variety. My easy solution is some quick meanders down memory lane.
On our first Christmas in San Diego, the Wilcox family explored nearby Balboa Park. The Featured Image is a previously unpublished, stylized shot of the Spanish Village Art Center. You see my edit from a decade ago (recropped 3:2, today); I captured the moment with a Canon PowerShot G9. Vitals: f/8, ISO 80, 1/200 sec, 7.4mm; Dec. 25, 2007, 11:40 a.m. PST. The Southwestern architecture was new to me, and I thought the black-and-white filter gave a by-gone-era feel to the photo.
