The week goes to Leon Hernandez for self-titled “Feel the Music“, which he made on Jan. 14, 2017, using Pentax K-50 and smc Pentax-DA 35mm F2.4 AL lens. The portrait is irresistible for: bokeh that punctuates the composition; composition of the singer set against the blurred symmetry of the hanging lights; bokeh and shadows that subtly capture emotion of the musician playing behind her; and rich Monochrome tone that adds ambience to the moment. Vitals: f/2.4, ISO 640, 1/20 sec, 35mm.
Leon, who lives in Medellín, Colombia, joined Flickr in December 2009. Sigh, he hasn’t updated his Photostream in two years.
