Professor Anjan Chatterjee is chair of neurology for Pennsylvania Hospital, in Philadelphia. Author of The Aesthetic Brain, “his clinical practice focuses on patients with cognitive disorders”, according to the official bio. “His research addresses questions about spatial cognition and language, attention, neuroethics, and neuroaesthetics”. Oh, and he is a photographer, too.
Anjan captured self-titled “Street Portrait” on April 20, 2013, using Canon EOS 5D and EF 24-105mm f/4L IS lens. Vitals: f/4,ISO 3200, 1/125 sec, 60mm. The image takes the Day because I had a cognitive dissociative experience trying to make out the details of the subject’s face. He could be every man or no one.
