On this solemn Saturday, commemorating the tragic Tuesday 20 years ago, I can’t add much more than past recollections in 2005, 2006, 2015, and 2020. I can strongly, strongly, strongly recommend that you watch National Geographic six-episode special series “9/11: One Day in America“, which my wife and I viewed earlier this week on Hulu—without commercial-interruption, which is best way to keep flow of the emotional impact.
I assure you that no other program about Sept. 11, 2001 compares to National Geo’s. The storytelling is riveting, the archival footage is shocking (you’ll keep asking where it came from), and the editing is beyond exceptional.
