Catchella

Cali almost never goes on our bed, but she greeted me when I awoke two days back and came visiting last afternoon while I worked on Chromebook Pixel LS. She rubbed my hand for pats—and got `em. She is my daughter’s cat, whom my wife and I inherited in late October 2014. I snapped the quickie portrait using Nexus 6, which I bought in January 2015. The phablet is fab. I love it!

The kitty is constant reminder of our now adult child, who presently attends Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival Weekend 1. I luckily purchased a ticket three months back. Flickr of the Day 100 gives a small smidgen what goes on there. Take a look.

My wife and I have Catchella in Molly’s absence during more a stay-close-to-home weekend, with the two felines. She needed a larger vehicle—not that our little Toyota is big—because her classy sportster wouldn’t accommodate two passengers. So I get to drive stick and put down the top. The sacrifices we make for our kids, eh?
