When stopping to look at the crusty chair, abandoned in a University Heights alley, I thought it would nicely juxtapose with the classic car—both being vintage. My mistake.
If anything is recoverable here, it’s this: San Diego alleys are amazing repositories of interesting, and unexpected things, like the recently seen snowboarding boots, outdoor living room, rusted Royal typewriter, tick-tock clock, Seventies Slendercycle, Seventies stove, or vintage sofa—oh, and the alley art gallery.
