Annie Takes Photos of New Surveillance System

Seven days ago, UPS delivered two boxes—each containing iPhone 13 Pro: 1TB Silver for me and 512GB Sierra Blue for my wife. The improved camera, over the XS, is a big benefit for Annie. In the Featured Image, she uses her new Apple gadget to shoot some Halloween decorations along Madison. We had just come downhill from Georgia, where we looked for Reddy, who was featured in my “Cats of University Heights” series in December 2017. We didn’t see him.

I used Leica Q2 for the portrait. Vitals, aperture manually set: f/5.6, ISO 125, 1/125 sec, 28mm; 9:37 a.m. PDT. Annie joked about the eyes being surveillance, which I mention so she gets credit for the idea behind this post’s title.
