This fine feline earns nickname Bouncer, because of the sign. I have seen the feisty furball on other occasions, but this was the only photographic opportunity to date. I don’t recall the last time I saw the Captain.
Editing took forever tonight, and that was with making few modifications. I started my first, full excursion, hopefully of many, with Nikon NX Studio. The differences to Adobe Photoshop Lightroom are bewildering, and I stumbled along making something from the most useful of the tools.
I could use NX Studio because Galaxy Book4 Edge is gone. I shipped it to one of my sisters, yesterday. On March 9, 2026, I started using a newer Samsung laptop, the Galaxy Book6 Ultra, with discreet graphics (Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060). Basic specs: 16-inch Dynamic AMOLED 3K display (2880 x 1800); Intel Core Ultra 7 356H microprocessor, 32GB RAM; and 1TB storage. The Nikon software wouldn’t run on the other computer’s ARM chip. I will have lots more to say about the computer in future posts.
